			<description>Yes thats right, there is no exact word in the Romanian Language for “accountability”. The amount of briberies is off the charts. Most of the time to receive medical treatment. Transparency International consider them the most corrupt country in Europe. The EU commission had criticized Romania for its corruption, but unlike Bulgaria, have not given sanctions.
